– Platform Usage Rules

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use topx one services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. topx one reserves the right to verify and reject any registration application that does not meet these criteria.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be owned by a minor will be closed immediately without any refund.
• You must be the individual registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not permitted to register more than one active account in your name. Multiple accounts owned by the same individual (based on matching name, IP address, device, or financial information) will be merged or terminated.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur.
• Registration and use of the platform are subject to the laws and regulations in force in your country or region. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming activities are lawful where you are located.

2 Account Responsibility

Your topx one account is for your personal use only. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password, as well as all activity that occurs under your account.

• Never share your login credentials with anyone — including trusted family members or friends.
• You must notify topx one immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Topx one is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account, unless it is proven that such negligence was caused by a security failure on the part of topx one.
• Transferring your account to another party, whether for free or for a fee, is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly administration fee or termination in accordance with our active account policy in force at the time.

3 Deposits & Financial Transactions

Topx one supports a variety of safe and convenient deposit methods for Malaysia players, including FPX, DuitNow, online banking from multiple local banks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. All transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits using third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Topx one does not accept cash payments or international bank transfers without special approval from the support team.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account promptly. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support with proof of transaction.
• Topx one reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of being linked to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

4 Cash Withdrawal

Topx one is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and efficiently. Players who meet all requirements may submit a withdrawal request through the platform at any time.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, or one verified through the KYC process.
• The identity verification (KYC) process must be completed before any withdrawal is approved for the first time. Required documents include a copy of your MyKad and proof of address.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits depend on your chosen method and membership level. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 1–3 business days, depending on the method and current verification requirements.
• Topx one reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for security or compliance review purposes, and will notify the relevant player should this occur.
• Any withdrawal suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms will be held pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Topx one offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward new and loyal players. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in its respective promotion terms.

• All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering (rollover) requirements. These requirements must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players — one bonus per player, household, address, device, or IP address, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Topx one reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of promotional abuse, including the opening of multiple accounts or betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Unclaimed or unused bonuses within the specified period will expire automatically.
• The cash value of bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or used for any purpose other than wagering on the topx one platform.
• Topx one reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules

All games on topx one use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by a recognised certification body. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by players or topx one.

• Each game has its own rules, betting limits, and Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which can be viewed in the respective game information.
• In the event of a technical interruption during gameplay — such as loss of internet connection or server disruption — topx one will restore the game to the last recorded state based on our server logs.
• Bets that have been placed and confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Topx one reserves the right to void any bet or game suspected of involving fraud, exploitation of system bugs, or collusion between players.
• The use of any automated software (bots), tools, or unauthorized methods to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

7 Player Conduct

Topx one expects all players to interact with the platform and fellow users in a respectful and responsible manner. Behaviour that violates our community guidelines will be addressed accordingly.

• The use of offensive, threatening, or abusive language in any topx one communication channel — including live chat and official social media — is strictly prohibited.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform are a serious offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Any form of fraud, including document forgery, identity theft, or money laundering, is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
• Players are not permitted to advertise or promote third-party services on the topx one platform without written consent from management.

8 Security & Privacy

Topx one takes the protection of your personal data seriously. All information you provide to us is safeguarded in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of this overall agreement.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Topx one reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any player for the following reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the situation:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Legal compliance requirements or directives from regulatory authorities.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Request by the player themselves to close their account.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal once all compliance requirements have been met.

10 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, topx one, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unplanned technical maintenance.
• Losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the platform.

Topx one's maximum liability to any player under any circumstance shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

Topx one is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings at any time.
• Cooling-off and self-exclusion options are available for players who need a break from gaming activity.

• Any limit or self-exclusion request will be enforced immediately and cannot be reversed within the period specified by the player.
